McKale Fleming, the voice behind The Organic Southerner and local to Bainbridge, is opening her new business on West Street to offer integrative health coaching, nutrition consulting and lactation counseling. She has over ten years of experience in health and wellness. She received her health coaching certification through Duke Integrative Medicine. Services offered include nutrition for dietary planning, meal planning and prenatal nutritional needs. Health coaching sessions for individuals, groups, or workplace employees. Maternity and lactation support through classes, consultations, and one on one education.
