Our patients and families are at the heart of everything that we do, and we are committed to improving the health of our community.
To give back to our community and say THANK YOU to our patients and their families, we will host a FREE Community Health Fair on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Bainbridge YMCA located at 1818 E. Shotwell St. from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Many local services and resources will also be onsite.
