On Friday, October 4th, the fair entrance will be covered with café lights, guiding visitors past your 10x10 space as they make their way to the gate. Both sides of this path will be lined with participating businesses, creating a unique opportunity for you to connect with families and individuals while they wait in line for their armbands. This visibility will provide you with a platform to showcase your business and interact with members of our community.

Important Information for Participants:

• Registration: Open exclusively to Chamber Members and it's FREE! Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Booth Space: Each participant will be provided a 10x10 space to promote their business. Get creative! Banners, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials are welcome. However, selling items is not permitted—this event is all about promoting your business and providing handouts.
• Parking Passes: To make setup and take down as easy as possible, parking passes will be provided prior to the event.

Event Details:

• Setup Time: You may begin setting up your space anytime on Friday, October 4th. Please note that your booth will not be monitored until later that afternoon.
• Setup Deadline: All booths must be fully set up by 4:30 PM.
• Event Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Take Down: All booths and materials must be removed by 9:00 PM.
