The Bainbridge Little Theatre is delighted to present the charming comedy Barefoot in the Park from September 26th to 29th. The show will run Thursday through Saturday at 7:00 PM and Sunday at 2:30 PM.

This beloved play follows newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter as they embark on their life together in a cozy Manhattan apartment. Though the space is tiny, the climb is steep, and the heating system is unreliable—complete with snowflakes drifting through the skylight—their happiness knows no bounds. Paul, a straight-laced lawyer, and Corie, a romantic free spirit, find their opposite personalities only heighten their affection for one another.

When Corie sets up her conservative widowed mother with their quirky, bohemian neighbor, a series of hilarious events unfolds, revealing the contrasts between Corie and Paul's natures. As the couple navigates these differences, they discover that marriage, much like their unpredictable apartment, is full of surprises and challenges.
